Honda Link disappointment

As part of the on-line qualification process for the car, Honda invites the Fit EV lessee to download the HondaLink app for iphone or android and/or register via computer for this service that includes several convenient features for managing your car remotely.

I went to the web site and downloaded the app to my iphone and although I registered, I was never able to log in after a week of trying.

Finally, I called the customer service number in CA and after speaking to 3 different representatives, I was finally told that the reason I couldn’t log in is that the VIN of my car was not in their system! They promised to fix the problem as soon as possible and let me know.
