Still cannot login to Honda Link

This continues to be a real disappointment. I got a call from Honda Link customer service on 4/26 saying that my EV’s VIN was now in the system and I should be able to log in and start to use Honda Link. While trying with the customer service representative still on the phone, I was not able to log in. She enlisted additional help – he made some changes and said it might take an hour to propagate though the system but surely, I’d be able to log in.

Unfortunately, I still cannot log in and I have no idea why. Very disappointing!
